Banco Sabadell Welcome Service offers you a smooth landing in Spain

Banco Sabadell has created an online platform called Welcome Service, aimed at expats and residential tourists who come to live and work in Spain. It is an initiative which Banco Sabadell, through its business unit which specialises in business for foreigners, facilitates this service to all those people who have recently arrived in Spain. The initiative comes after the results of the International Talent Monitor by Barcelona Global picked up on the requirement for an open space that offers this type of welcome.

Who can use the Welcome Service?

It is not necessary to be a Banco Sabadell customer to use the Welcome Service. This platform provides all of the information needed by families, entrepreneurs or investors who arrive in Spain. The information is classified under different subject groups: Setting up home for families, Starting up a Business for entrepreneurs and Investing in Spain for investors.

What types of services are offered?

• 24-hour assistance in three different languages. A team of professionals offers assistance 24 hours a day in English, German and French, responding within a maximum period of 48 hours. They can be contacted from the platform itself (chat or click to call) or by telephone.

• Specialist partners. Banco Sabadell has joined forces with specialist partners to offer a wide range of personalised solutions with preferential terms and conditions, offering: legal, tax, relocation, real estate and financial services specially designed for the international group of people that come to Spain to work and/or to live on a temporary or recurring basis (directors, researchers, entrepreneurs, employees of multinational companies, students, investors etc.). These partners include the Cuatrecasas law firm, the relocation agency ERES Relocation Services, the tax advisory firm TAX and the real estate company Solvia.

• Welcome offices. As a supplement to the Welcome Service platform, Banco Sabadell has opened Welcome offices, which are currently located in Barcelona, with 6 offices in Barcelona city centre, one in Sant Cugat, one in Castelldefels and one in Sitges.
